Due to the volume of enquiries we receive, we ask that initially you contact us via email to check availability and prices.

After you have contacted us to check availability, your holiday can be provisionally reserved, whilst you decide with
your group if you would like to go ahead.
We ask for 25% of the holiday price as a deposit, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
If you are making a last minute booking, (less than 6 weeks away) we ask for the payment in full upon booking.
We will send you a booking form, to be completed and returned with your deposit payment.
We can accept payments by either cheque or bank transfer.

If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact us and we will provide bank details.
